Romulo Mabanta Buenaventura Sayoc & de los Angeles (now trading as Romulo Buenaventura) is one of the oldest and largest law firms in the Philippines, tracing its roots to a Manila practice founded in 1902 by Allison D. Gibbs and William Kincaid. Based on Paseo de Roxas in the Makati central business district, the firm comprises over 90 English-fluent lawyers and is the sole Philippine member of Lex Mundi, the global network of independent law firms. It offers full-service counsel across banking and finance, corporate, intellectual property, litigation and arbitration, taxation, securities, and real estate. The firm celebrated its 100th anniversary in October 2002.
